"Perth" number but attempting to return the call gets a "number you have dialled does not exist" automated message.

Yet another scam, never answer these, will bloke again, but they will try with new number, why the ICO is still not blocking these scum i do not know.
Looks like yet another HMRC scam call number called it back from a landline phone and surprise surprise it doesn’t ring or get answered just a ‘dead’ noise

I really object to being called at 08.45 on a Saturday morning. These calls are an intrusive nuisance.
A Google search indicates that it appears to be a number used by several banks, including RBS as mentioned by the first poster. 0800 numbers are toll free, so you could try call...
Silent call
Just called. I NEVER answer calls to numbers I don t recognise. So I let it ring. No message left. Easy enough then to go into mobile phone s settings and block their number !! No more calls from them :-)
