Just taken an automated call from 08114 653925. Apparently it's my internet provider. Odd that they don't say the name of the provider and just want me to press 1 to speak to a customer service agent if I don't want to be cut off...

Guy called my home, unsolicited, to ask me to take part in a survey. Said he would only take up minutes of my time and never call me again.I said no. He said that he would keep calling me until i answered the questions. Unbelieveable!

Asian sounding woman from a call centre said that she was a BT technician. Asked her why BT was calling and she hung up. We don't use BT. They have tried calling on several occasions purporting to be either BT or BT Openreach. My husband told them to take us off their list but they obviously haven't. No doubt a scam after personal information - be warned!
This number has been calling me lots of times over the past weeks. Finally got a 'live person' to speak. He sounded like he was from the Indian sub-continent, asked me if my postcode was correct and my phone number (which he had just rung) was correct, and whether I was between 18 and 75 yrs old. He then asked if our phone provider was British Telecom (which it isn't and I told him). He said that his organisation was 'Front Line Savers'.
