SCAM: Persistently calling an elderly woman insisting that her drains need to be inspected and she was legally required to allow the inspection. caller also gave a mobile number 07511485590. Victim refused to comply suspecting a SCAM.
received a missed call from 07142 166329 but on calling it back get a message 'the number you have called is not recognised'
