Unsolicited call, called me by my first name, which annoyed me, immensely. I advised that it was a cold call which I have a block on. Responded as if he didn t,t know what cold calling is, I hung up.

I received a call from someone on this number. They claimed to be from BT, I am with Virgin but he claimed that BT support Virgin. He told me that my IP address has been tracked and made public. I cut him off there and told him I thought this was a scam. He said that I could check out his credentials by calling a phone number, I put the phone down.

This company is Brightside Insurance. Their address is MMT Centre, Aust, Severn Bridge, Bristol. BS35 4BL. Their direct phone number is 01454 635860.
