Very annoying especially when on nights would like to do it to them
Tracassing, hundeof times during last years raported to police
this is a potentially high risk dangerous number.. Ask for their bank details and tell them that you are going to be charging them for the call.. its one pound per minute.. they will then hang up
Caller fraudulently advised he was from my bank, wanting my security details, which I declined to give. He advised he was cancelling my debit card, and could not send me a new one without those details, and that a fraudulent purchase had been made with my card. Hung up, and phoned my bank, who advised it was an attempt to steal my card details. Beware, never give out details unless you have made the call to a verified number.Fraud

I was called on my landline at 03.00 this morning, 22 June 2016, by this number. Checked area code and found it was a Manchester number. I'm ex-directory so how did they ge...
Just called my landline. Male indian type accent - Slow speaker, used some strange (not common english) phrases, poor to understand what he was talking about. Something to do with BT landline costs. Talking about half price (or free) for next few months. He knew my postcode and clearly my landline number. I hung up at that point. I suspect a scam of some sort - but did not want to invest further time on it. A nuisance call.
