Fraud I would expect this to be a Fraud, possible a repeat of this scam https://www.itv.com/news/2016-04-27/new-0845-mobile-phone-scam-charges-customers-300-for-calls-they-dont-make . You answer the phone and a recorded message says. "your phone number has been verified, our customer service team will be in touch"

SCAM - Recorded phone call saying that you have been charged for some criminal activity and proceed to ask you for personal details.
02030858181 phoned my mobile. Automated message claiming to be from HMRC and they had a claim against me and that I had to press 1 to speak to my case officer. SCAM
five calls over two days. four calls hung up before I could answer. On fifth call they knew my surname. I then terminated call.

BAD COMPANY WITH RUDE STAFF!!! Had someone called Don call me about my existing life policy I do not have one!!! Apparently I would be transferred over to a qualified adviser only to find out I was not speaking to a qualified adviser and would later be passed over again just so this so called adviser would check I was happy. The idiot could not pronounce half the medical conditions. No help or advice given and not one person could answer any of my questions. WASTE OF TIME!!!
