I just missed several calls from this no. after 6pm this evening. I didn t recognise it so I didn t call back. I m a Tesco Mobile phone user in Co. Kerry and recently signed up for a Tesco online shopping account, and had to give my tel. no. as part of the registration process. I don t know who was phoning me from this no. but I DO KNOW that I specifically opted OUT from receiving calls or emails for research purposes. Fraud Claiming to say that my National Insurance number has been compromised with a quite ropey sounding automated message, which surprise surprise it asks you to press 1 to speak to someone and no doubt hand over your details. Using different mobile numbers from EE so likely using burner phones etc.

Someone just called me on this number. I could hardly understand a word he said - he was shouting over a lot of noise in the background. He said he was from the NHS and wanted to discuss Covid symptoms so I asked him what the first digit of my NHS number is and he hung up. Clearly didn't fancy the 10/1 odds of being able to guess it correctly...
