Number pretends to be HMRC calling about tax fraud registered against my name. Automated call, threatens you with imminent arrest if you hang up or don't press 1. Once you press one, a very deep Asian sounding accent answers and asks you for your details. Which they should have since they claim to have opened a case against you. On pressing them, they do not divulge their name or location. Again they ask you to tell them your name and address or be arrested. I admit I lost my temper and a few expletives fle

Received a call from 0203 986 8243, Asian gentleman(very poor English) claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse. Kept going on about special deals, he was obviously going off his own script because it made no sense. My caller display showed international 01242513505. Had two call in last hour said from BT, advised my router faulty, told me go turn on computer immediately almost barking instructions......got.
