Recorded message about the National Database and that boilers with A rating must be installed by 2017. This is totally false. The fact is that if you install a new boiler it has to have this rating but it does not refer to existing ones. Not only have I pressed the button to be removed from their database numerous times, I actually press the button to speak to them and told them I am not a householder and that their information is wrong and to remove me from their database, which they said they would.
