TalkTalk claim them but don t have records of their calls. They managed to cancel a transfer to another company without my permission. Talk Talk are prohibited from contacting you while a transfer is going through, other than by letter. I think this is an iffy way round the rules. They don t use TT main 0800 telephone number. No records kept. Trading standards next I think

Got charged loads for every message. I did an online survey for free shopping vouchers. Seems it was a scam. I did not confirm anything through my phone with them. No texts sent but it has not stopped them from trying to charge/rip me off by sending me messages from as a premium service. Luckily I just no longer top up my phone. The messages dont stop. They try delivery every day. Get a message saying you have insufficient funds. Clever criminals.

Automated call - a pretty convincing recording of a man called Tom wanting to arrange a survey of our loft insulation. Went round in circles for a bit, and then when the recording asked if i was the home owner and I said no it hung up.
