Left a card at my house for meter readings gas and electric as I was out when they called ,tried to leave them online via there website but this was down so phoned this number on the card that was left to give them my readings and was billed £1.48 on my phone bill as this is a service number , yep that right folks £1.48 for me to do their job for them, next time ill ignore the card and let them return later to read the meters

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8435667xxx range (I use the app from these pages, no problems)... People did someone answer this number?
