02038432639 called me at 10.28am this morning on house phone, soon as I picked up receiver, and said hello in a gruff voice due to illness, they put the phone down. Checked on here and its from the Westminster area of London, I do not know anyone in that part of the capital.
never answered the call, just googled it. but they keeping ringing twice a day!
