Took a call from an abrupt Andrew who wanted to discuss my endowment policy. I don t have, and have never had, an endowment policy. When I told him this and challenged him choosing my number randomly, he told me I would have answered Yes to a question on a telephone survey. When I disagreed, he hung up.

This caller called me as I was finishing my dinner, by the voice it sounded as ih it was a male, in his 30s, the caller was obviously not from england, his accent shows signs of europe though. If anybody experiences a call with this number for long enough to find at least a company name I would be very grateful for the information.
