SCAM Amazon scam call center, probably going to try and rob you via access to your computer as have had the same previously on different numbers. If you can, do not answer. If you do, hang up. PLEASE do not give them any information, they get your name and address from databases on the net to try and lull you into believing them, they actually have nothing on you other thana a name, the number and the adddress attached to that number.

I had a call from this number today mentioning insurance. They knew my surname but they didn t say what insurance, so I cut the conversation short.
SCAM - recorded message with male english computer generated accent says I should press 1 to be connected to someone who will help me before my National Insurance number is suspended . What a scam.
