Getting phone calls daily from this and others - PPI again. Costs a fortune to receive calls in France. One day it could be an emergency.
Rang today and left a message that a suspicious amount of £799 had been charged to our card attached to our Amazon account. Press 1 to respond. Didn't of course. Obviously a scam.
018444398609 tried calling, but didn't leave a message when I failed to get to the phone in time. This is only the 2nd time that I have had telemarketing calls on my mobile.

I played along for a few mins, then asked if he could wait a sec - I put the phone on loudspeaker and carried on with my work. After a few minutes he angrily demaned "what the fuck are you doing??" before hanging up
The woman said she was calling from citizen advice Beaureu regarding me qualifying to have 70% of my debts written off, I wasn t sure if this was a scam or not but I was under the impression that the CAB didn t make cold calls so I told her to write to me instead.
