I ve had a call from this number during the last year on several occasions, who rang off when my answer phone tripped in without actually leaving a message. At first I put it down to a miss-hit finger on a wrong key which can happen to anyone. Claimed to be from RBS credit card fraud in relation to an SMS NHS Covid phishing attempt on my phone. Appeared plausible and had some detailed info on my account transactions, however, when calling the number on back of my card, they said they had no record of a call from RBS. Suspect they were trying to obtain additional information to also obtain on line banking log in.
