I ve had this number call me several times over the past few weeks. Normally I hang up just as the message begins. This time I waited until the end of the message, when the it suggests that you can Press 9 to request they don t call again. I pressed 9 and the line went dead. It ll be interesting to see if they stop calling me. If they don t stop, I ll write to OFCOM, and copy a letter to the police and to my local MP, who just happens to be David Cameron. Immediate update - I got an almost immediate reply to my emails and they say that although this is a one-off £10 charge for a 12-month reminder service for which they make it clear there is a charge (hmmmm) they will process an immediate refund via the Post Office. So easy that one can only infer that they receive many, many requests per day for refunds from people such as me who are totally unaware that they had signed up. Result! I emailed [email protected]
