Claimed to be from BT openreach. Sounded like an overseas call centre - claimed my router was having problems. When I pretended to go along with her requests she then tried to transfer me to a supervisor at which point I hung up. They then called back a few times but I ignored the call. Guessing it's a scam to get access to your pc.
