SCAM - Left message about being Fraud Department at HMRC. (Should have listened to VM first!) Called back and odd ring like overseas dialtone, answered immediately by an indian sounding man who said he was inspector someone from HMRC fraud and criminal investigations dept, he asked for my name and address and kept me on hold. when I questioned what dept again he read off a London address, and said "In the UK" Hung up immediately. Probably cost me a fortune! PEST AND SCAMMERS, STAY AWAY!!

Got a call from these cowboys claiming to be from BT regarding my internet and IP address. It's worth playing along with them if you've time to waste, then say you'll contact BT directly and they just disappear!

I asked her to repeat it twice and then tolf her it was clearly a scam call and put the phone down. She knew that I wasn t with TalkTalk and did know who provides my Broadband service. I checked with TalkTalk and received confirmation that this is not a TalkTalk number.
