Have been ringing me for days and finally caught me out when I answered. Said their records show they could save me some money on my mortgage! Bearing in mind I’ve just tied in to a fixed rate with a completely different bank to see how and told them so, then he asked what I’m paying in insurance premiums and when I said I’d really rather not say, he just hung up! Just no, sweet talked into the card (petrol voucher purposes, so not worth it) cancelled in the allotted time, sent the card back and everything with a nice letter, this was 2 months ago. Just had my banks fraud department call to say they are trying to take money from my account (VoL didnt respond to my quitting email or letter btw) so I have had to cancel my bank card and am waiting for a new one. Do not trust them, it really isnt worth it.
