SCAM Potential Caller claimimg to be from Carphone Warehouse offering me a "special deal" on a IPhone 12 Pro Max for £25 per month. This is half the deal on their website, so I suspect a scam. Told him that he needed to look check TPS and to remove my number from his files. It is about 15 years since I bought anything from CPW.
This number and an identical one ending in 4 keep ringing but never leave a message and sometimes only ring for 5 seconds so no time to pick up. I've blocked them now.

Claiming to be from Amazon - called twice today. Scam
I have also received call from this number saying HMRC tax fraud and arrest warrant, looks scam to me as HMRC always send written notice i believe.
Rang 3 times this week but always hang up before there is time to get to phone.

Amazon calling. I was expecting a delivery that required signing-for. Popped out, and that s when they tried to deliver (as luck would have it), so they called. Which was great, I could arrange for new attempt an hour later, so didn t need to wait until next day.
