Called us trying to get us to “renew” a care plan, and only wanted our bank account details so they could send us renewal details. Claimed that “under GDPR, they could not retain those details”. Semi-recorded predictive dialler nuisance call regarding an accident I've had that wasn't my fault etc etc etc.
The caller with a strong foreign accent (possibly Indian) stated he was calling from BT Openreach about potential problem with my internet connection. So I thanked him for calling and hung up, as it sounded like it might be an all too frequent scam call.
Fraud - Claims to be from your network provider and when you call back they are called "utlities" just someone chancing at misselling mobile subscriptions
