This number called my mobile,I did not pick it up because I am not familiar with the number. Tried calling the no. on my landline and the no. was not recognized, called it again on my mobile and it got through (VERY SUSPICIOUS), when I got through they asked for my name and I just hanged up. Pretty annoying that they don't have the courtesy to leave a short message or even send an SMS to ask you to contact them with details of a contact number. Raised this via feedback to the NHS Scotland so will wait to see if anything is done. Probably not but hey you can but try :)

They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the number is mostly reported in connection with Three Mobile, could be also calling in the name of another telco operator... Just a call centre.

This is a scamming company posing as Barclays. I received a text from them saying a transfer of £4000 was attempted from my account and that I need to call them asap if I didn't authorise the transfer. You will know this is a scam as they won't address you by the name on your account
