This caller pretends to know you but uses wrong name. When I hang up call it is followed by a text in poor English claiming to have spoken previously. This has happened twice from the same number.
SPAM Came up as suspected spam on phone, answered anyway as expecting a call from unsaved number, caller was someone making vulgar, sexually harassing comments

Their salesman told me lies about getting Government Funding for my windows, and then duped me into giving him my number and subsequently taking an Appointment Card so he could get his commission. When I found this out, I blocked their number. Utterly disgusting.
