Called today- male caller had Indian accent said he was from BT re email virus - felt suspicious so told him I was hanging up because I couldn’t be sure of his identity

These guys keep calling us and if you question them then they hang up. I called back straight away and managed to speak to someone who apologised but think they sound very dodgy

Try to get you to put in a false claim for an accident you haven t had! Robbing thieves! However, much fun was had for 20 minutes wasting their time winding them up. Actually felt disappointed when they finally realised my registration plate with f*** **f in it didn t exist and they hung up after having a go at me for wasting his previous time!! Idiots!

Love the idea of wasting their time and asking them personal questions.. Sick to death of the number of times they call, getting to the stage where I might just switch off the landline
