Why
Called at 8.15am, and was blocked by my call guard system. I suspect a scam of some sort.

Scam call. An Indian woman trying to get my personal info and talking about my legal&general life insurance, which I do not even have such insurance.
Safe number This is a company offering staff online training. We have been using their service for years. It's called lear2excell. I can recommend them.
Missed call
Spam caller identified by my mobile provider so I simply didn't answer the call. Don't know anyone in London either
