SCAM - they keep calling and forget or ignore what you have told them just hours previously. They offer a 'free' survey saying they have an engineer coming to the street in a few days and we are one of the last few have not been booked in. They are claiming that the house is not sufficiently insulated and all the prevous materials are not good enough but dont worry they have this new injection process that will do a better job. No prices are shared its all about getting someone in the house to hard sell.
