Missed call. Called them back. Answered unprofessionally Hello.. wouldn t tell me who they were, very evasive. The guy said it s illegal to call them on a withheld number Obviously an idiot. Made up a name and postcode then he said they were NRG . It was about loft insulation and of course how they would be in my area tomorrow.

Answered this number to a recorded message saying they had called to give me a quote & please call back 08002988707 - also call back to have details removed. Called in, went through numerous menus and warnings about being recorded in case of fraud blah blah blah. Finally spoke to someone who took my details to be forwarded for removal. He said he s not involved with outbound calls, but thinks they sometime use survey data that s years old. What an obnoxious sales strategy, never contacted them befo
