Foreign girl possibly Indian said she was from Amazon and I have ordered an iPhone 11 on my Amazon account for £329.00 which I have not. Said I have been hacked and to speak to their security to cancel the order online. I declined to do this said goodbye Her name was Evoni Perez ID 7800956732. She called on my land line and gave me part of my address but could not tell me my account number nor give me an email or number to call her back. Is this scam ?

This number belongs to Carphone Warehouse calling again (even after I'd asked for them not to on numerous occasions), to try and get me to change my phone. Yes, I am entitled to an upgrade but I should be able to choose when I wish to do this, and if I request them to stop calling they should do so.
