SCAM said it was from Amazon and that over £1000 of goods had been ordered by me. Not true.
Foreign woman said she was calling from Ministry of Justice - I thought I d see what she had to say! Apparently they were sending me a cheque to refund charges I had paid to my bank and she reeled off my address then asked if it was correct. As this information is readily available I said it was. She then asked me what the reason was for refunding the charges. I said I didn t know as she had rung me. She kept asking me the reason for it and I told her she had rung me to tell me they were sending a cheq

They claim to be from microsoft. My parents don't have acomputer but are called several times a day. Presumably a scam.

An Indian voice, named James !, confirmed my details claiming to be from the Telephone Preference Service and asked if I was still getting unwanted calls. I confirmed that I still get these and he informed me that I needed to update my details with them as it was about to expire. He then asked if I paid by direct debit - at this point I realised this to be a scam and ended the call.
