SCAM Claimed to be from Virgin,stating we have a issue with our Broadband. I was told there were errors going back , to show a issue. I asked what the errors were , the 'lady'could not answer( perhaps because we had strayed from the script!).
Claiming to be bt support even though I m not a bt customer. Strong Asian possibly Indian accent. Got very irate when I said 3 times he needed to speak up. Obvious scammer.
