Scam connected to the Excel Hotel group, part of ONA Group in Spain. When rung back it goes to an international ring tone and an extension on a phone system.
Caller was a male with a foreign accent, calling himself Oscar . Wanted to talk about a problem with my computer. I realised this was scam so I told him to p*** off!

call at 6.40 pm from 01234945006 english voice said she was so-and-so from blur blur. i was fool enough to call that number back. male voice said some problem, i shd call number etc etc costing £2.73 per minute. WHEN WILL THE LAYABOUTS AT OFCOM DO REPEAT DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SORT OF CALL??? UNLESS OFCOM IS TOTALLY IDLE--QUITE POSSIBLE--IT MUST KNOW THE NUMBERS CONCERNED, BUT WHAT DOES IT DO TO STOP THEM??
