At 6.50 this morning we were woken by a pestilent recorded message from'Amazon'. Please someone stop these bastards
Abusive message, sounds a bit fishy
Constantly ring then put phone down when I answer without saying a word.
Caller going on about windows, I am on Telephone Preference Scheme and he wouldn't stop harassing me.

02036109310 SCAM I believe, Claimed to be Edward from virgin media about my firewall protection...was very keen to want to send me something on my mobile. He was momentarily interested in sending it to my laptop until I told him it was a work issued laptop. Told him my phone was not internet connected as I found it to distracting and he hung up without a goodbye.I suspect the thought of a work issued laptop put him off as it would have good security and catch the rogue link he wanted to send me?
SCAM They're posing as EVRI, a delivery company. The text message I received asked me to "pay a delivery fee" or my parcel will be returned. In the text message they use a shortened URL link, which is a common tactic for scammers. They can redirect your data by using this shortened link, and gain access to your data such as your IP address. Do NOT open the link, block the number, and report it to any sites like this one. There was a call from this number to my mobile number. The line was awful but there was someone on the other end with a strong Asian accent, which added to the bad line, I couldn't understand a word they were saying. It's a Garstang number and I don't know anyone or aware of any business in that area, so presume the call was a possible scam call.
This was from a rude and abusive man with very poor English who claimed he was from carphone warehouse and when I said I wasn't interested he said he was also a police officer and was going to find out where I lived and beat me up, he was screaming abuse at me. This was entirely unprovoked as I am a very polite pensioner who never shouts and swears, I would recommend everyone to do as I have done and block this number.
Claim to be from Santander. That should read Scamtander. Ignore.
