Got a LOT of calls from this number but it turns out my letting agents had told Virgin Media we were moving and they were trying to contact us to sort that out! Was given a new customer deal again which knocked off £20 a month. The person I dealt with was really lovely too. TL:DR it's safe!

I don't have an account with HSBC so possible scam/phishing attempt? Whole message as follows: "HSBC: A payment was attempted from a new device. If this was not you, please visit: https://hsbc.security-actions-required.com/"
