SCAM - The caller asked if I could connect a laptop to the router and she would access it. I told her there’s nothing wrong with the connectivity and said I didn’t have a laptop ( I do) so she said she could connect using my mobile. I said that I’m not experiencing any problem, she then got rude abusive and hung up.

Some accident claim scam, the company doesn t seem to exist, they send an email to click on some agreement link. I asked for proof of their company, they just insist "do it, nothing happens"
It seems I am being harassed by frequent calls from not just this number but others with similar prefixes:- eg:- 02079240083 (twice in 1 day) / 0207083631 / 02072984500 / 02076086903 / 02072984500 I would be grateful if these numbers could be checked and whoever is using these numbers to advise them that I will make further enquiries to relevant governmental departments and press harassment charges. the person who phoned me on this number sounded very dodgy. Phoned me back after I'd put the phone down too, claiming that there was a serious problem with the internet. Claiming to be from BT.
Claimed to be Chris from the “Green Energy Centre” - claimed that he got my number from the “Renewable Energy Database” - and that it was showing that my loft still had old-style insulation. When challenged that we don’t have a loft, and could I please have a URL to confirm the company, he hung up,.
I answered and they hung up.
