early morning call saying they had information something (I didn t hear what) wasn t working. Obvious scam
caller didnt announce himself, just asked me to confirm personal details but when i asked, he claimed to be from "the nationwide". He had my name, phone number and postcode. He wanted me to confirm my age but as soon as i asked him further questions he hung up and ended the call. This was obviously not a legitimate call from the nationwide building society.
Called numerous times have to block
Claiming to be a tax fraud from HMRC and asked me to click #1 to be connected. I didn't as if it were true fraud i would not have an automated call...

Scammers pretending to be from Virgin Media. Wanted me to download remote access software on my personal mobile to help me make our internet more secure as scammers were hacking it making it run slowly...
Didn’t take the call on my landline but they left a pre recorded message informing me that my card had been used in a foreign transaction twenty minutes before and that I should press 1 to stop it. I rang the number from my mobile a couple of times and each time got the busy tone. I reckon it’s a poor attempt at a scam.

Do yourself a favour, block this number. They try to get access to your pension (if you have one) and scam money out of you. What ever you do, do not deal with these people. Look online, its a well known scam company!
