I had a spate of 6 or 7 calls from these people who claimed I had agreed to take a out a 1/4 page ad with them for our B&B. I disputed this and the caller became quite agressive and rude and said he could only agree to a reduced rate as a good will geture. I told him I had never agreed and had not seen any artwork or invoice and he said they never did paper invoices, or sent out art work and that I had to pay immediately because of all the work they had done on my behalf.
