Dopey Indian scammer trying to tell me there is something wrong with my internet, running the same old short con of getting the innocent victim to type in random commands to show something is supposedly wrong. This wasn t a particularly bright one either as only knew one cmd command before giving up. I ve had them go on up to half an hour in the past. Phoned me at work on my office number and asked if I owned the building or if it was a council house.
This number is associated offering employment with Baker Hughes. The caller states that they are somebody from baker Hughes in Aberdeen and it is a legitimate person. However, the email that they use is fraudulent. Further the offer for employment is fraudulent. It is a very well organized social engineering fraud.
