Just had a call from this number, caller was claiming to be from a company called Data Matrix and that our rates had gone up & he was demaning payment "right now to avoid any arrests' I couldnt uderstand a word he was saying & kept saying "Im sorry what did you say, can you repeat that' He hung up.

Left a message asking for someone that doesn t live here and I ve never heard of them. I don t answer numbers i don t recognize. They will be left waiting.
SCAM - pretending to either be HMRC or other tax/ financial body. They pretend you are in trouble with law. HANG UP ON THEM. They are ringing me every day with no's ranging from 07900267439 to 07900267457 DRIVBING ME CRAZY!!!!!

It s genuine Lloyds Bank fraud prevention service. They don t ask for PINs, passwords, etc. They do try to help protecting you from fraud, i.e. someone else might be using your credit/debit card details, so they try to help you. Be nice to them!
