SCAM - DO NOT RESPOND This was a recorded message saying two potentially unauthorised payments had been made on my card - one of £300 and an international payment of £1,000 - followed by the option of approving the payments or speaking to someone about them. This sounded like a scam ( there was no mention of which bank the call was from), and so it turned out to be when I checked with the bank.

Have called twice today about help with insurance claim - what insurance claim? I asked. Unsolicited, and in breach of Data Protection act.
I have reported this to Thames Valley Police as I have received one of these phone calls. They have advised to call Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040 to report this.
