Try Googling it. It appears to be a central booking and appointments line for Manchester NHS hospitals, one result also said Pennines NHS hospitals.

Called the RSPCA to report an injured bird. Was told to leave it. No help whatsoever. Now I recieve harassment calls from them. If this call is actually from the RSPA itself (and not a scam), they should be completely ashamed of themselves. The next time they try to make me feel guilty for not handing over my bank details over the telephone, I shall inform them that I don`t have the time to talk as I am off out badger baiting.
