Received a call today from "Martin" who claimed to be from TPS, confirmed my phone number (which he rang to), my name and address and then asked me to confirm my expiry date for credit/debit card - when posed the question "why" he needed to know financial details for a free service, he suggested It was for verification purposes - I declined and asked from which company he was calling, at which point the phone went dead - SCUM!

Scam, auto message stating there is warrant out for your address due to tax fraud and to press 1. When you do they ask can I help you. They want you to say why you called about the fraud and they want you name and details. Do Not press 1 and do Not give them any details.

This number is from bewiser insurance company. This is my car insurer and my renewal is not due until February and I have received calls trying to sign me up for another year even on Christmas eve whilst at work and again during the Christmas break. I have had enough of them.
