Kept phoning me until I eventually answered, turns out it was Scottish Power saying my account has been cancelled by either me or someone on my behalf, although I have no account with them. I explained this to them but they proceeded to ask me questions regarding my household anyway. Hung up and called my actual gas & electricity provider who confirmed my account and told me it definitely was Scottish Power.
