Does anyone know whether there is a specific dialling code you have to add to the BBC number 81199 to be able to send the message from Germany or any other European country? :-)
Pause on answering followed by start of script relating to my "collision" requiring more details. I took a deep breath, told them that I have had no collision, that this was a scam call, and politely requested they remove my number from their database then I put the phone down.
