Left no message, suspect it's a dodgy sales call

Two calls from this number with a recorded voice message claiming £700 has been drawn on our account to Amazon and further £2000 cash transfer, then a couple of number options to press to speak to someone. Needless to say, I hung up. Yet another time-wasting and potentially dangerous scam.
Caller said they were from O2. Said there was suspicious activity on my account, then a text turned up that looked to have come from O2. The text had a code number that they wanted to "prove I was the account holder. I'm sorry. This is an obvious scam. They'd use that code to hijack my account, change the address, and order as many high end phones and tablets as O2 would let them. This number is being used by fraud operation claiming to be a legitimate travel company. Same guy has used other numbers and claimed to be other companies.
I had a random call from this number. Abusive from the off, sounded mentally unwell
