I paid to advertise with this company they never printed my advertisement and kept my money I spoke to the telesales agent Calum Mackintosh who cold called me and he assured me I would get a refund from the MD Mathew Walker if I called back later. I rang and spoke to Mathew Walker who sounds like an illiterate he refused my refund made up a tissue of lies and excuses and said he actually cant issue refunds and the BOSS will call me.......still waiting!! Received 8 calls from this number today - very aggressive female callers - claimed they I had taken out PPI. When I challenged back and asked for details they wanted me to provide them with personal details.

Getting bored of these types of calls. I add them to my mobile phone contacts as PPI Call - Ignore, Marketing Call - Ignore and have accumulated 10 x Marketing Calls and 11 x PPI Calls in the last 12 months. Persistant caller despite my number being registered withthe TPS. They do not remove your number from their listing no matter how often you tell them to do so. Report them to both the TPS and Direct Marketing Association who have investigated their practices before.
