We received a silent call from them which locked our line for a few minutes even when we put the phone down and pick it up again. this company is not serious becauze is not respecting the cusgomers and is not respecting the appintments made.

I m getting calls from this number 4/5 times a week constant, I have answered once or twice and it appears to be absolute nonsense. I reject the call every time it comes up on my phone but its still fairly constant.

Received a call from 0161 818 2004 earlier this afternoon from an chap with an Indian accent. He enquired about any motor accidents/claim that I may have had in the last 3 years. All he had was my phone number. I was immediately suspicious. He said he had a legal duty to obtain further details (name, address, date of accident, cars involved etc) and that I was legally obliged to supply it. He claimed to be acting on behalf of a bank of insurers, but failed to identify any insurers that I had policies with.
