Claimed to be surveying recent visit to Yorkshire bank. I asked what date was the visit. I had not been to the bank on that date I assume this to be a scam.

I have had a few calls from these but i never answer 08 numbers because 9 times out of ten they are dodgy and probably charge you for answering. I would love to know how they get your number. I have blocked this number from calling me again.

Very suspicious. Claim to be a service stopping nuisance calls. Ask to confirm all sorts of information, staring with public stuff (address, telephone) progressing to private stuff like expiry date of credit card!

Had a liverpudlian girl called Lucy call me just from 01704222222, said she was calling from Alderley Assist, got the usual call centre spiel, had my name on file which I confirmed. I asked her what I could do for her and to cut to the chase as I was busy and got a mouthful of abuse being called and ugly [email protected] and other nice names. Atleast 6 calls a day for the past three months!!!!!! Interesting. I called them back from my land line and 141 d the number. after them hanging up on me 5 times they somehow transfered my call to my mobile!! So whenever I called the number my mobile rang! They must be told to target a few a day and to constantly hound them! I kept calling and eventualy they picked up. Somewhere abroad! Received an email saying package had been delivered and signed for by me when I wasn t in. Have tried to call, no answer. Have filed out their online form only to have it closed twice with an automated email saying I signed for it. I don t know if they delivered it or if they did i don t know where. Shocking.
