I paid to advertise with this company they never printed my advertisement and kept my money I spoke to the telesales agent Calum Mackintosh who cold called me and he assured me I would get a refund from the MD Mathew Walker if I called back later. I rang and spoke to Mathew Walker who sounds like an illiterate he refused my refund made up a tissue of lies and excuses and said he actually cant issue refunds and the BOSS will call me.......still waiting!! I have blocked this number without answering. It calls daily, sometimes several times in a day. It is clearly a scamming caller.

Call center -operative claimed to be from Virgin Media Technical Services; said he needed me o take my (landline phone) into the room with the computer, then turn it on, so he could do something to my router, to "give me the speed [I] was paying for". I've had at least four calls from these guys (with heavy Asian accents, to the point of not being able to be understood); it is the same script, but the calls have come from a number of different phone numbers in the West Midlands.
