SCAM - Number sends a text claiming to be HSBC and warning of account access from a new device along with a fraudulent link.
Dudn’t Answer but other comments suggest it’s a cold caller

Trying to get me to claim back ppi he wouldn t take no for an answer he started with mortgage, then loans but then we lost connection when my house went through a tunnel
Recorded message call this morning saying that payments had been made from my account one money transfer (£1300) and one to Amazon (£200), press button options at which point I hung up and checked the number on this site.

Another call claiming that they will stop all unsolicited calls (chance would a fine thing). Hung up when started asking for details of my Visa card.
